flip7 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the flip7 platform. By registering for or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Please read this document carefully before using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the flip7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and all related guidelines published from time to time.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. flip7 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
This platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this age requirement will be closed immediately.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on flip7. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any outstanding balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. flip7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes, including a valid copy of your identification document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed your own, even if you claim that a third party accessed the account without your authorisation. Report any unauthorised access to the flip7 support team immediately via email at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the flip7 platform are responsible for ensuring that all their activities on the platform are lawful and compliant with applicable Malaysian law. Users are prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or any transaction.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Creating an account on behalf of another individual without valid written authorisation.
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit platform systems.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
- Sharing your account login credentials with any third party.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in account suspension or closure without compensation, and flip7 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the flip7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved local payment methods, including internet banking and available digital wallets. flip7 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party financial service providers during transaction processing.
Users acknowledge that all funds deposited into a flip7 account are intended solely for lawful betting activity on the platform. Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification is complete. flip7 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until sufficient verification is obtained to meet compliance requirements.
Any bonus or promotional credit added to an account is subject to rollover requirements and specific usage conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
All betting outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. flip7 will not reverse or cancel any confirmed bet, except in cases of demonstrable technical error. In the event of a transaction dispute, the decision of flip7's system records is final and binding.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Flip7 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. flip7's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the flip7 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of flip7 and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from flip7.
The flip7 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. flip7 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties and is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from use of such services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and policies separately.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Flip7 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of closure due to proven fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete, subject to the fulfilment of all outstanding rollover requirements.
Flip7 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or the registered email address, and continued use after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to a resolution mechanism agreed upon by both parties.
